30 Day Return/Exchange Policy

At DiamondJourney.com, we do everything we can to offer you beautiful, original, fine diamond jewelry at fair prices. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a refund or exchange within 30 days of shipment. The item must be returned in its original condition along with all of the packaging and accompanying documents.

If the item was shipped to you directly:

  • First, please call for a Return Authorization Number: Call DiamondJourney.com at 1-800-DIAMOND or contact us at returns@diamondjourney.com to obtain a return authorization number. The RA# must appear on the outside of the package you are returning, or the package will be refused.
  • Packing your Return: Please pack your item securely along with the Return Form, and all the packaging, paperwork, documentation that accompanied your item when it was shipped to you.

You can obtain packaging material from the UPS Store or your local post office.

Important: Please do not make any reference to diamonds, gold, or jewelry on the outside of the box.

  • Shipping and Insuring:
    • If your item(s) are valued under $500, you may ship them back via UPS, Fed-X, DHL, or Register Mail through your local post office.
    • If your item(s) are valued over $500, you may ship them via registered US mail or insured UPS.
    • Please insure your package for the full value and get a return receipt or other tracking number, so you can be sure it reaches us. DiamondJourney.com cannot be responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
  • Mail the package to:

  • How We Handle Returns:
    • Once we receive your package, we first determine that the entire contents are in the box as per the packing list. Then, our customer service will determine the condition of the merchandise, and if the items(s) are accepted, your credit, refund, or replacement item will be processed within 5 days.
    • Any items that show signs of wear, have been altered, damaged, engraved, or resized (by a jeweler other than an authorized DiamondJourney.com jeweler) will not be accepted for return.
    • Packages with no R.A.#, uninsured, improperly, packaged, or damaged in shipment will be refused.
    • Custom or special orders may not be returned, unless we have made an error on your original order.
    • If you received a gift, it may be exchanged only if returned to DiamondJourney.com. If you wish to receive a refund, the refund may only be issued to the purchaser.
    • In the case of a refund, you will receive the FULL amount of your purchase less any shipping, handling, and/or insurance costs. We will, however, refund shipping, handling, and insurance costs if return is a result of an error on our part.

If the item was shipped to the DiamondJourney Authorized Dealer:

  • Have your DJ.com jeweler call for a Return Authorization Number: We may be reached at 1-800-DIAMOND or contact us at returns@diamondjourney.com to obtain a return authorization number. The RA# must appear on the outside of the package you are returning, or the package will be refused.
  • Get a receipt from your DJ.com jeweler: Keep this receipt for your returned item(s) along with the R.A.# in a safe place.

Please Note: Any items not received by us within 21 days from date of issuance of the R.A.# will be credited to the consumer and the cost price of that item plus all shipping and handling charges will be billed to the DiamondJourney.com jeweler.
